What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a strategic Lead Creative Producer to own the creative vision and production pipeline for mobile applications. This role goes beyond execution — you will define creative direction, set quality bars, and build scalable systems that power world-class in- app content and marketing creatives. You’ll lead end-to-end production across video, motion, static, UGC, and interactive formats, directly impacting engagement, retention, monetization, and user acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Define creative strategy and standards across in‑app content, UA ads, and store assets
- Turn product goals into content roadmaps and rapid test plans
- Lead end‑to‑end production: briefs, shoots, motion, post, localization, delivery
- Run a fast creative testing program; scale winners with data
- Maintain calendars, budgets, and an organized asset library
- Guard brand consistency and inclusive representation
- Partner with Product, Creatives, UA & Data teams; manage vendors and mentor the team
- Integrate AI into the pipeline to accelerate ideation, production, localization, and insights
What you bring
- 5–8+ years leading creative for mobile apps
- Portfolio showing storytelling, motion, and measurable impact
- Proven at high-speed, end-to-end production and vendor management
- Data-informed creativity with strong collaboration and communication
